Develop and execute sales strategies for corporate clients.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field.
Proven sales management experience in the consumer goods industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Analytical mindset and familiarity with CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
